If the unit has dispensed all ice, press and hold the Dispense button for more than 10 seconds to restart ice production. If the Cleaning LED flashes quickly, press and hold the Clean button for over 3 seconds to start defrosting. If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be due to a defective water pump, water level sensor, ice engine motor, or cooling system, in which case you should call for service.
