3.3 Spare parts
Specify the model and the machine number that is attached to the hot water cleaner, so that we can
deliver the ordered spare parts for your machine. Always use original spare parts.
Overleaf, you will find details of the mobile hot water cleaner, together with a product number for each
spare part. The stationary unit uses the same components, but installed in a sealed compartment
below the wheels.
3.2 Troubleshooting

Fuse defective.
Power plug dirty.
Thermo relay disengaged.
Defective motor.
Blocked nozzle.
Replace fuse.
Cleaning of plug.
Press the reset button on the
machine.
Request an authorised technician.

Motor noisy.
1 Phase absent.
Fault in cable.
Check power plug.
Check power cord.
Oil burner does not ignite.
Flow switch hangs or is defective.
Defective thermostat.
Fault in electrical box.
Request an authorised technician.
Oil burner stops during
operation.
Immediately shut off the
machine.
(turn breaker to 0)
Drain diesel tank.
Electrodes are incorrectly set or are
dirty.
Oil nozzle blocked.
Fault in electrical system.

Replenish diesel oil.
Clean and adjust electrodes.
