Tuner setting adjustment after replacing E2PROM
After replacing E2PROM (IC771 on ELECTRIC UNIT), tuner
setting adjustment is needed.
The adjustment is that to perform the "TUNER Setting
Adjustment Mode" in the TEST MODE.
