Pulse hold during training (PULSEHOLD)
Press the PULSE key. The current pulse becomes the target pulse.
PULSE lights up brighter. The target pulse is controlled and held
by adjusting the speed and incline (option).
Press the PULSE key or change the SPEED or INCLINE values to
end pulse control.
If pulse recording is interrupted during pulse control the speed
and incline are taken back to the minimum after 60 seconds and
the treadmill is stopped.
TRAINING
During training the SPEED/INCLINE display and
TIME/DISTANCE display alternate every 10 seconds. By selecting
the SPEED/DISTANCE key these can be changed within 10
seconds using the (-/+) keys. The speed can also be changed
directly using the (-/+) keys.
PAUSE IN TRAINING
If the STOP key is pressed during training, the program is inter-
rupted and the pause mode is activated.
If the START key is pressed during the pause mode, the treadmill
restarts and takes up the speed that was activated before the
pause. The training values are counted again and continued from
where they were interrupted.
If the STOP key is pressed again during the pause mode, the aver-
age SPEED and INCLINE values are displayed
DELETION OF DISPLAYS (RESET)
If the STOP key is pressed in the pause display, it is RESET (dele-
tion of displays).
If the STOP key is pressed for longer this also triggers a RESET.
STAND-BY
The treadmill switches to stand-by mode after 10 minutes of
being idle. The power consumption is under 0.5 watts.
The treadmill can be reactivated by pressing the ENERGY
SAVING key.
Settings (information and input)
Press the SETTINGS key after turning it on. The following infor-
mation is displayed using the - + - key.

INPUT
Press the INCLINE key
Setting for whether the incline also changes in pulse control in
addition to the speed.

Press the INCLINE key to change the setting.
Press the SPEED key
Setting for whether the speed or 1000 m time (PACE) is display-
ed under SPEED.

P.d / PACE
Press the SPEED key to change the setting.
Press the PULSE key
Setting for whether beeps are sounded or not.
bu.Z OFF/ON
Press the PULSE key to change the setting.
Press the TIME key
Delete the total kilometres and total time.
clr NO/YES
Press the TIME key to change the setting.
Press the DISTANCE key
Setting for whether kilometres or miles are displayed.
EN NO/YES
Press the DISTANCE key to change the setting.
The START key takes over the setting.
The STOP key exits the area.
BLUETOOTH (KETTLER S-FIT APP) Bluetooth
The treadmill can be controlled using the KETTLER S-FIT APP. A BT
connection to a smartphone or tablet is required for this. You can
obtain more information from the KETTLER S-FIT APP. It is availa-
ble for Android devices from "Google play" and for iOS devices
from "iTunes".
ESTABLISHING A CONNECTION (coupling/pairing)
Press the BLUETOOTH key after turning it on. The treadmill's BT
name is sent for 2 minutes. The flashing BT key indicates this. If
the pairing is successful the BT key lights up permanently It is not
necessary to enter any codes on the treadmill.
Disconnect
Press the BLUETOOTH key or pull the safety switch. The motor is
stopped.

Errors and service reports
“lubr" is shown in the display after 100 operating hours. You
should lubricate the treadmill now.
