Depress on the realease button to open
the fuel filler lid.
WARNING - FUEL FILLING
• Fuel may be under pressure.
Always remove the fuel cap
carefully and slowly. If the cap is
venting fuel or if a hissing
sound is heard, wait until the
condition stops before
completely removing the cap. If
these precautions are not
followed, fuel may spray out and
cause serious personal injury.
• Fuel vapor is be extremely
hazardous and can explode.
When refueling, always stop the
engine and never allow sparks
or open flames near the filler
neck. Always extinguish
cigarettes and other smoking
materials before refueling.
• To remove the cap, turn it coun-
terclockwise.
• To install the cap, turn it clock-wise
until it “clicks.”
This indicates that the cap is securely
tightened.
