If circuit breaker or contactor needs to be
connected between the drive and the motor, be
sure to operate these circuit breakers or contactor
when the drive has no output, to avoid damaging of
the drive.
Using VFD beyond the range of rated voltage
The drive is not suitable to be used out of the
specified range of operation voltage. If needed,
please use suitable voltage regulation device.
Protection from lightning
There is lighting-strike over-current device
inside the Drive which protects it against lighting.
Derating due to altitude
Derating must be considered when the drive is
installed at high altitude, greater than 1000m. This
is because the cooling effect of drive is deteriorated
due to the thin air, as shown in Fig.1-3 that indicates
the relationship between the altitude and rated
current of the driver.

1.4 Disposing Unwanted Driver
When disposing the VFD, pay attention to the
following issues:
The electrolytic capacitors in the driver may explode
when they are burnt.
Poisonous gas may be generated when the plastic
parts like front covers are burnt.
Please dispose the drive as industrial waste.
