Why is my KitchenAid KEBS278SSS - 27" Double Wall overheating?

If your KitchenAid oven is experiencing an over-temperature issue, start by inspecting all heating elements (bake, broil, and convection) to see if they are operating when the oven is off. If they are not, unplug the oven for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Enter Diagnostic mode by pressing OFF, OFF, START, and cycle the bake, broil, and convection relays on and off to check if they are working correctly. If the relays aren't cycling, or the elements aren't cycling with the relays, check the wiring and connections between the appliance manager and the electrical elements for any damage. If the wiring is intact, replace the appliance manager, and then the user interface board. If the wiring is damaged, replace the harness.
