8 - 2. Assembly Instructions for the Temperature and Overheating Sensors
1. Plug off the power cord.
2. Close the oil valve connected with the oil tank.
3. Close the valves connected with the heating and hot
water pipes.
4. Loosen screws fixed on front panel and open the panel.
5. Separate the control box and connector plug fixed
on the front of Heat exchanger.
1. Separate Temperature Sensor or Overheating Sensor by
turning it counterclockwise with a spanner.
※ Check the scale on the Sensors.
1. After sealing the Sensor by Teflon, Assemble the Sensor
at the exact location by turning clockwise.
2. Connect the Sensor with connector plug.
※ After opening pipe valve, check the water leakage.
3. Assemble the connector plug and control box.
