LOCTITENo.263)tothenut〈13a〉 andthepistonrod〈103〉threadsbefore
retightening.
2.ItisrecommendedtoreplacethepistonOring 〈45A〉becauseitcontactswiththeslidingpartsrepeatedly.
3.Applysomelubricant(KITZstandard:ShellAlvaniaEP2)totheOringgrooves,cylinderinternalsurfaceand
slidingparts.
4.Applysomeliquidgasket(KITZstandard:ThreeBond1206E)tothecontactfacesofthehousing〈1〉,rod
guideA<136A>,rodguideB<136B>,springcase<100>,springcover<158>andcylinder<2>.
5. After assembly of the actuator, check the valve opening and closing positions with attached position
indicatorandmountthebracket〈93〉.
