With the
first
slide
in
the gate,
turn
on
the projection lamp
and let the projector warm up
for
about
30
seconds. Focus
for
maximum sharpness of the screen image
by
rotating
the
FOCUS KNOB.
You
will
need to focus only the
first
pic-
ture
if
all
slides are
in
the same type
of
mount.
Under special
conditions-for
example, when you are
projecting slides in intermixed types
of
slide
mounts-
you may
need
to readjust the focus manually.
Note: A matte-surface (write-
on
) slide
or
a
mount without film
can
cause the focus motor
to
run continuously.
AUTOMATIC

The automatic
timer
has
four
settings-M
(manual), 5, 8,

the
screen, and the projector will change slides automatically.
