Layout menu — the Layout menu provides these options:
Moves Group Left — moves the
selected group left one position.
Moves Group Right — moves the
selected group right one position.
Moves Item Up — moves the
selected item up one position in the
list.
Moves Item Down — moves the selected item down one position in
the list.
The position of groups and items is important because the first group
on the left is the default destination type when the configuration file is
used at the Scan Station.
User menu — the User menu provides these options:
Configuration Password — displays the
Configuration Password dialog box which
allows you to enter a password for the
configuration file. If you use this option, a
user will be prompted to enter the
password before accessing the information in the file.
E-mail Address — displays the E-mail address dialog box which
allows you to enter an email address where notification will be sent if an
email or fax could not be delivered.
Help menu — the Help menu provides these options:
Contents — provides a list of Help topics
associated with the Configuration Organizer.
Index — provides an alphanumeric listing of
keywords associated with the Configuration
Organizer.
Search — allows you to search the Help file
for a specific topic.
About — displays a window containing software copyright and version
information.
