Why is my Kodak Scan Station 710 Scanner jamming documents or feeding multiple sheets?
    • M
      mathew33Aug 15, 2025
Document jams or multiple feeds can occur for several reasons. Ensure the side guides are adjusted to the document width, and the input tray contains no more than 75 sheets of 80 g/m2 paper. Check that the output tray is set for the document length and that all documents meet the size, weight, and type specifications. Also, ensure the Scan Station and rollers are clean, the rollers aren't worn, and the pre-separation module spring has the correct tension. Verify the feed and pre-separation modules are correctly installed. To remove a jam, lower the output tray, open the Scan Station cover, remove any jammed documents, close the cover, and resume scanning.
