If your Konftel 300 is not working properly:
• If there is no dialling tone, check that an analogue line has been selected.
• If the display shows “ANALOG OVERCURRENT”, the Konftel 300 is connected to a
digital telephone jack. Switch to an analogue phone jack.
• Check that the microphone is turned on during the call. The blue microphone LEDs
must be lit.
• Bypass any extension cables and check that the Konftel 300 is working properly.
• If the Konftel 300 needs to wait for a second dialling tone, you should enter a pause
using the pause/mute button when entering a telephone number as an instruction or
in the phonebook.
