theinstallationcanbegin.Theshipownerandshipyarddoingtheinstallationare
responsibleforobtainingandpayingforsuchapproval.

product,vesselorpersonnelcausedbyequipmentthathasbeenincorrectlyinstalledor
maintained,orbydrawings,instructionsorproceduresthathavenotbeenpreparedbyus.
