Why is the Kongskilde SUC-E 100 capacity poor?

Several factors can cause poor capacity in your Kongskilde Blower. The intake nozzle may not be correctly adjusted. Belts might be worn or need tightening. The air regulator may not move freely because it has not been released from the starting position or its functioning is hampered by dirt. The pipe system may not be correctly arranged. The screen in the cyclone could be blocked. Conveying air released from the pressure side might build up pressure in a silo or hopper lacking ventilation. Moist or dirty grain can also reduce capacity. Rotary valve seals at side covers or rubber blades in the rotary valve might be worn. Finally, the direction of rotation could be wrong.

What to do if Kongskilde Blower has no capacity but is working?

If your Kongskilde Blower is running but has no capacity, consider these possibilities: The pipe system might be blocked. The rotary valve could be stopped because a foreign object is jamming the drum. Alternatively, the rotary valve might have stopped due to a worn or slack V-belt. In the first case clear the pipe system, in the second remove the object and check for damage to the rotary valve, and in the third replace or tighten the V-belts.
