      If reflectance measurement results seem strange on your Konica Minolta Measuring Instruments, first, open the viewfinder cover and check the measurement point. Then, ensure you've set the correct white calibration data. Also, make sure you attach the White Calibration Plate and Zero Calibration Plate correctly, and perform white and zero calibrations correctly. Finally, ensure that there is nothing in the transmittance chamber and perform the operation correctly by referring to the software operation manual.

      If data input/output between your Konica Minolta Spectrophotometer and a computer cannot be performed, or if commands cannot be input to the Spectrophotometer from a computer, ensure the USB cable is correctly connected between the Spectrophotometer and the computer. Also, set the POWER switch of Spectrophotometer to OFF and then set it back to ON. Finally, refer to the software operation manual to perform the operation correctly.
