The product's streamlined design adheres to ergonomic principles, making it easy and intuitive to use.
Function Description
The refrigerator operates on a compression refrigeration system, which involves four main steps: compression, condensation, throttling, and vaporization, to maintain a cool temperature. The compressor takes in coolant that has absorbed heat in the evaporator, transforming it into a high-pressure, high-temperature gas. This gas then moves to the condenser, where it dissipates heat into the air and re-liquefies. The re-liquefied coolant is then throttled by a capillary into the evaporator at a low pressure. Upon entering the evaporator, the liquefied coolant quickly boils and vaporizes into a gas due to a sudden pressure drop, absorbing heat from inside the refrigerator. This cycle continuously repeats, ensuring the refrigerator maintains its cool temperature.
The unit features a digital temperature controller that is mini-sized and intelligent, suitable for one HP compressors. Its functions include temperature display and control, manual and automatic defrost, illumination control, value storing, self-testing, and parameter locking. The temperature can be set by pressing the "SET" button, displaying the current set temperature, and then using the up or down buttons to adjust and store the desired temperature. If no button is pressed within 10 seconds, the cold-room temperature is automatically displayed. The controller also manages lighting and defrost cycles; the light can be controlled by pressing a dedicated button, and holding it for 6 seconds initiates or stops the defrost cycle. A refrigerant LED indicates when the unit is actively refrigerating (on) and when the cold room temperature is stable (flashing). A defrost LED illuminates during defrosting and turns off when the process is complete. In case of a "Disorder" display, the digital controller can be reset to factory settings by following a specific sequence of button presses.
Usage Features
For initial use, the refrigerator should be plugged into an exclusive 110-120V~ socket. After startup, it's important to check the air suction for sufficient coldness before placing food inside. The appliance is not intended for unsupervised use by individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, especially children.
Proper placement is crucial for optimal performance and safety. The refrigerator should always be positioned in a dry, well-ventilated location, maintaining at least a 4-inch distance from its sides and back to any walls or objects to ensure proper air circulation and prevent impairment of cooling ability. After relocation, the unit should stand unplugged for 2 hours before initial startup. It must be placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent unwanted noise and vibrations. The refrigerator should be kept away from direct sunlight and other heat sources like heaters, as exposure to such conditions can negatively impact its cooling efficiency. Heavy objects should not be placed atop the refrigerator.
Regarding power supply, the refrigerator requires a dedicated 110-120V, 60Hz single-phase AC supply through a dedicated three-pin receptacle. It should never share a common socket with other appliances to prevent power cable overheating and potential fire hazards. Power cables must be protected from damage to prevent electrical leakage and fire risks. The refrigerator surface should not be exposed to water to avoid electrical leakage. In the event of a power interruption or after unplugging the unit, a waiting period of at least 5 minutes is required before plugging it back in and restarting.
Safety precautions include avoiding the storage of flammable or explosive substances such as ether, gasoline, alcohol, adhesive, and explosives inside or near the refrigerator. Spraying flammable substances like paint or coatings near the unit is also prohibited. No modifications, such as drilling holes or installing additional items, should be made to the refrigerator. Medication should not be stored inside the refrigerator.
Maintenance Features
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the refrigerator.
Cabinet Cleaning: The product should be cleaned weekly with the power supply disconnected. Use mild water or a non-corrosive cleaner, avoiding direct washing with a water faucet.
Condenser Cleaning: For optimal performance, the condenser should be cleaned every month. If an "EE4" message appears on the display, the condenser requires immediate cleaning. If "EE4" reappears after cleaning, contact a service provider. To clean, turn off the power, loosen the screws on both sides, remove the front panel, and clear dust from the condenser fin using a wire brush or high-pressure air gun.
De-dusting the Condenser: Every three months, with the power supply disconnected, remove the bottom panel for air suction and eliminate dust on the cooling fin of the condenser using a wire brush or high-pressure air gun.
Leakage Check: Regularly inspect all connectors and welding joints for oil stains. If any are found, implement patching measures or call a professional for assistance.
General Observation: Regularly observe the product's operation. If abnormal noise, smell, or smoke is detected, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact a professional. Do not restart the product until the issue is resolved.
Condensation Water Drainage: Ensure the water pipe is unobstructed and positioned lower than the joint connected to the upper water receiver. This setup facilitates efficient and uninterrupted drainage, which is vital for maintaining optimal performance and longevity. If any blockage or drainage issues are noticed, a professional should be called to address the problem.
It is important to note that certain phenomena are normal and not indicative of faults. A murmuring or gurgling sound is normal as it signifies coolant circulation. In humid weather, condensation may form on the exterior, which is also normal due to high humidity levels and can be simply wiped off with a cloth. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in accidents for which the manufacturer will not be responsible.
