Hints & Tips
To make frothy milk, you should opt for pasteurised UHT milk from the fridge (3-5°C). The use of special milks (micro
ltered, raw, fermented, enriched) or plant milks (rice, oat or almond) can give results that are less satisfactory in terms
of the quality and quantity of froth. Once the bottle opened, milk, either in plastic or glass bottle, should be stored in a
refrigerator at4°C or below at all times. It usually can be stored between 5 and 7 days.
