If the electronic control system is blocked, unplug and re-plug the unit, and the pump should start within 5-6 seconds. Other potential causes include a clogged suction line (clean or repair it), an incorrectly connected pump motor (check the connection in the motor terminal box), or a pump discharge pressure lower than the unit's start-up pressure (the pump pressure must be 7 meters higher than the start-up pressure).
