Replace the IGNITION/FUEL PUMP fuse. * The plug and socket connector on the wiring harness might be oxidized. Remove the panel and fuel tank, then clean the connector, and apply contact spray. * There could be an error in the injection system. In this case, it's best to contact an authorized KTM workshop.

      Several factors can cause your KTM Motorcycle engine to overheat: * Insufficient cooling liquid: Refill the cooling liquid, referring to the maintenance instructions, and check the cooling system for any leaks. * Extremely dirty radiator fins: Clean the radiator using a water jet. * Foam formation in the cooling system: Replace the cooling liquid with a brand-name antifreeze. * A kinked or damaged radiator hose: Correctly position the radiator hose or replace it if necessary. * A defective thermostat: Have the thermostat checked (opening temperature 75°C, 167°F) or replaced by an authorized KTM workshop. * Blown fan fuse: Replace the FAN fuse.
