Instructions for work
Readjust if necessary.
Chain tension
For proper chain tension:
E=1à5mm(0.04’’-0.20’’).
Readjust if necessary:
- Lower lock (3).
- Turn adjustment screw (4) until recommended chain
tension is obtained.
Replace chain when bracket edge(5) comes into contact
with inner guard edge (6).
Check minimum play between rollers:
J=2à3mm(0.08’’-0.12’’)
Block screw and counter-nut.
The use of Loctite 601 is recommended.

Regularly check chain tension
A too important chain tension can cause
overheating.
Check that play J between washer (1) and
spacer (2) equals minimum 1 mm (0.04’’).
