Therearethreedifferentfold-upfootplatesavailable.
•Standardheight-adjustablefootplates:
1.LoosethexingscrewBwith5mmAllenkey.
2.Adjusttheheightandletthescrewcatchoneof
therecessesonthefootplatetube.
3.TightenthexingscrewB(3–5Nm)inthedesired
position.
Thedistancebetweenthelowestpartofthe
footrestandthegroundmustbeatleast50mm.
•Depth-,Angle-(1)andWidth-(2)adjustablefootplates:
1.LoosenthexingscrewGorHwith5mmAllen
key.
2.Adjustthedepthandanglepositionsandrmly
tightenthexingscrewG(12Nm)orH(8–9Nm)
inthedesiredposition.
•Width-adjustablefootplates(2):
1.LoosenthetwoxingscrewsIwith5mmAllen
key.
2.Adjustthewidthpositionandrmlytightenthetwo
xingscrewsI(3–5Nm)inthedesiredposition.
Invacarerecommendsthatfootplateadjustmentiscarried
outbyaqualiedtechnician.
Toensureagoodpositionofthefeet,twotypesof
strapscanbeprovided;theheelstrapJ(serial)
andthecalfstrap(optional)attachedtothelegrest
support.Bothadjustablebyhookandloopfasteners.
