First, we need to confirm your lock is “ready” to
be programmed.
To be sure, let’s reset your lock.
1. Make sure the lock is in the unlocked position.
2. Remove the battery cover.
3. Press and hold the “Reset” button for 5 seconds. You will hear 3 long beeps after
the 5 seconds is completed indicating the lock has been reset.

A User Code is used to unlock the door while a Mastercode is a password for making changes to
the lock features.
Step 1:
Reset your lock to original settings

You will reset your User Code to 1-2-3-4
and Mastercode to 0-0-0-0 when the reset is
complete.
