The Key Control™ deadbolt has two SmartKey

cylinders: the property manager cylinder

and the tenant cylinder. The property

manager cylinder has its own key.

The Kwikset 64434/01 816 is a Key Control™ deadbolt, designed for enhanced security and management of access to a property. This device features two SmartKey cylinders: one for the property manager and another for the tenant. The property manager cylinder has its own unique key, providing an additional layer of control.
