Wrap the imaging unit with a protective black plastic sheet.
Caution:
Do not expose the imaging unit to light for more than 45 seconds to avoid damage.

On the imaging unit, turn the upper lever 90° counterclockwise; this
is necessary to protect the imaging unit during shipment.

Insert the imaging unit into the packaging carton.

(1) Open the left side cover.
(2) Using the green handles, slide the paper feeder out.
