CAUTION
●
Transformers jaws , especially theirtips, havebeen precisely
adjusted to obtain maximum accuracy. Take sufficient care to
avoidshock,vibrationorexcessiveforcewhenhandingthe
instrument.
●
Whenaforeignsubstanceisstickinthejawtipsortheycannot

a case,do not releasethe jaw triggersuddenly or attemptto
closethetransformerjawsbyapplyingexternalforce.Makesure
thatthe jaws closeby themselves afterremoving the foreign
substanceormakingthemfreetomove.
●
Themaximumsizeofconductorthatcanbemeasuredisapprox.
68
mmin diameter.An accurate measurementcannot bemade
on a conductor larger than this, because the transformer jaws
cannotbefullyclosed.
