PUB 2S MODEL
Coffee delivery is obtained moving the small lever of the group
(15) placed on the control instrument board (14); bringing the
small lever downwards. The micro switch connected to it will start
up the pump for the delivery of water under pressure to the group.
The group through some inner devices, allows, before the pre-
infusion and after the infusion of the coffee in several ways.
Once the desired amount of coffee has been obtained, bring the
small lever (15) upwards, stop position, to stop delivery.

These models are equipped with semiautomatic, continuous delive-
ry brewing units with solenoid valve.

Coffee delivery is obtained by pressing the luminous switch (15)
situated in the front panel (14).
The switch will start the electric pump for the delivery of water
under pressure, and also a solenoid valve designed to open the
unit and allow the water (which will have been adequately heated)
to wet the ground coffee and obtain a pre-infusion before brewing.
Once the desired amount of coffee has been obtained, press the
luminous switch again to stop the delivery.
8.4 – BAR TV - CAFÈ V - PUB V - PUB PV - PUB EV MODELS
These models are equipped with automatic, continuous delivery
brewing units with solenoid valve and programmable coffee
dosing, microprocessor-aided sealed digital brewing control, con-
trol board with 4 different coffee-doses selection positions and a
stop button for each brewing unit.
