3.6.RE-BOARDING METHODS
The emergency ladder fits into the aft pulpit by stowing.
The cord can be pulled by someone in the water to open the
flap covering the ladder's storage space.
The ladder then deploys automatically.
The ladder is specially designed to lower into the water by
itself. There are two rungs under water to make the climb
up easier.
The moment anyone comes on board, make
sure that the boarding ladder's trigger control is
no more than 500 mm above the water's surface.
