CAUTION!
NEVER attempt to change the cutting deck height while the engine is running!
Your Lastec Mower has a mower deck height range of 1" to 4-1/2", in 1/4" increments. If
you wish to change the deck height, do so before attempting to operate your Lastec
Mower.
To adjust the deck height, seven
adjustment points must all match
each other. Start with the center
deck. Push the deck height control
foot lever outward, relieving the ten-
sion on the adjustment rod. Set the
1/4” spacers to the desired height
and place the adjustment rod into
the holder. Release the foot pedal.
This sets the center cutting deck to
the desired height. Set the inside
rear wheel and outside rocker
adjustment rods to the same setting
to set the other center heights. (The
handle next to the seat should be used to adjust the rear wheel rods.) The deck should
now be level.
