Distilled water or fully deionised water must only be used with the addition of 0,1g sodium carbonate
(Na
2
CO
3
)/litre water, otherwise danger of corrosion!
Water content falls after prolonged operation at higher temperatures mixture becomes flammable (flash
point 119 °C) check the mixture ratio with a dosimeter.

The units are designed for operation with non-flammable liquids to DIN EN 61010-2-010.
