7 Starting up
7.1 Connection to the supply
Compare the supply voltage with the data on the rating label (rearside on control head).
Connect the unit only to a grounded mains power socket (PE).
No warranty when the thermostat is connected to a wrong supply!
Please make sure that your mains plug is equipped with at least the following safety fuses ( 10).
Power supply Fuse protection
230 V~ 12 A
115 V~ 15 A
100 V~ 15 A
The start current of the refrigerating machine may exceed those currents distinctly for a short
time.
Ensure that the unit is filled in accordance with Section ( 6.2).
Note for electric installation on site:
The devices must be protected with a 16 ampere circuit breaker fitted during installation.
Exception: Devices with 13 ampere UK plugs.
7.2 Switching on
Switch on at the mains switch; an acoustic signal is
emitted for about one second.
Initial check of display and indicators; software version is shown
and the self-test becomes initiated.
The current bath temperature is shown on the display.
If necessary add more heat transfer liquid to replace
the amount pumped out to the external circuit.
