Below is a list of possible problems with machine function.
1) Check the electric connection.
2) Verify that the switch is on.
3) Check that the green led for
power on indication is functio-
ning properly.
No power.
Led not functioning.
Water does not flow
The priming has not been car-
ried out.
Hydraulic circuit obstructed.
1) Carry out the priming follo-
wing the instructions.
2) Check if there is water in the
tank.
3) Check if the tank is correctly
inserted.
4) Check the hydraulic circuit.
Coffee is not hot enough
The cup is not preheated.
Preheat the cup on the cup hea-
ter plate.
The machine takes too long
to heat up, the water flow-
rate is reduced.
The machine has not reached
the operating temperature.
Wait until the optimal temperatu-
re is reached.
The machine circuit is clogged
with scale.
Descale the machine.
Steam pipe is clogged.
1) Clean with a thin needle the
hole of the steam pipe.
Capsule holder obstructed.
Water pressure not sufficient.
Hydraulic circuit obstructed.
1) Replace the perforator filter.
2) Replace the pump.
3) Check the electrovalve.
Water leaks
The tank is not in the correct
position.
Water pressure not sufficient.
Hydraulic circuit obstructed.
1) Correctly insert the tank.
