8. Configuring crystal
8.8.1 Editing the System IP Address
If the System Core is a Compact Engine, Nova29 or Nova17, you can use the ON-AIR Designer setup data to
change the system IP address. (Note that, for Power Core, the system IP address must be edited using either
the front panel controls or Web UI).
1. Repeat steps 1 to 3 from the Transfer -> Setup to unit topic to establish a valid network connection to the
device - the green Online indicator should be lit.
2. Enter the new value into the IP-Address field and leave your cursor within the field - the field turns red.
3. Save, close and re-open the project - the IP address field should be white.
4. Now continue with steps 5 to 7 from Transfer -> Setup to unit - the transfer will include the new IP
address.
Note that once you have changed the system IP address, you may need to edit your PC's TCP/IP settings to re-
establish a connection to the device.
