Supports up to two SATA M.2 drives of the following drive form factors:
42 mm (2242)
60 mm (2260)
80 mm (2280)
110 mm (22110)
Supports the following M.2 drive capacity:
240 GB
480 GB
960 GB (supported only when the ambient temperature is below 30°C)
Notes:
When an M.2 adapter is installed, with software RAID, the system supports one of the following storage
configuration:
Up to four 3.5-inch simple-swap SATA drives
Up to four 3.5-inch hot-swap SATA drives
When an M.2 adapter is installed, 2.5-inch hot-swap SATA drives and optical/tape drives are not supported.

Eight 3.5-inch SAS/SATA drives (Bay 0 to 3 and Bay 4 to 7)
Sixteen 2.5-inch SAS/SATA drives (Bay 0 to 7 and Bay 8 to 15)
Four 3.5-inch (Bay 0 to 3) and eight 2.5-inch SAS/SATA drives (Bay 4 to 11)
