6.2.11.4 Soware limit switches
The parameterisable soware end switches limit the traversing range set via the soware.
The
soware end switches are not acve for the "Modulo" traversing range and
when a reference run is acve.
In the following situaons, the soware end switches are evaluated, monitored, and shown in
the status word when triggered: 40x500A:005 Bit 6

The home posion is known to the drive. 40x500A:005 Bit 5
•
The soware limit switches are eecvely switched. 40x500A:050
•
The monit
oring was not deacvated from within the applicaon. 40x500A:005 Bit 24
In the device states "Deacvated" or "Error stop", traversing the soware limit switch does
not result in an error.
If the soware limit switches are exceeded, the set error response is triggered. 40x500A:105
The
soware limit switches can be retracted in the direcon of the permied traversing
range.
