  If a puddle of water forms around your Levoit Humidifier, try the following: 1. Run the humidifier on a lower mist setting. 2. Open a window to ensure proper airflow, or move the humidifier to a more well-ventilated room. 3. Make sure the water tank is properly in place. 4. Ensure the silicone sealing ring around the water tank cap is secure. 5. When replacing the water tank, wipe off any excess water from the tank and base.

  If your Levoit Humidifier is making a loud or unusual noise, ensure that the water tank is properly in place and add at least 475 mL / 2 cups of purified or distilled water into the water tank. Also, place the humidifier on a flat, level surface. If the issue persists, the humidifier may be malfunctioning.
