  If your Levoit Air Cleaner doesn't turn on or shuts off unexpectedly, first ensure it's properly plugged into a functioning outlet. If the issue persists, inspect the power cord for any damage. Why is the airflow reduced in my Levoit LV-H126 Air Cleaner?

  If you notice a significant reduction in airflow from your Levoit Air Cleaner, ensure that the filters have been removed from their packaging and are correctly installed. Also, check the fan speed and increase it to setting 2 or 3. Make sure there is at least 15 in / 38 cm of clearance on all sides of the air purifier. If the issue persists, it may be time to replace the filters.

  If your Levoit Air Cleaner is making an unusual noise, first, ensure the filters are properly in place and that all plastic packaging has been removed. If the noise continues, the air purifier may be damaged, or a foreign object may be inside. Stop using the air purifier and contact Customer Support. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
