  If your Levoit Air Cleaner won't turn on or respond to button controls, try these steps: First, ensure the air purifier is plugged in. Check the power cord for any damage; if damaged, discontinue use and contact Customer Support. Make sure the filter cover is correctly placed to activate the safety switch. Try plugging the air purifier into a different outlet. If none of these steps work, the air purifier may be malfunctioning, and you should contact Customer Support.

  Reduced airflow in your Levoit Air Cleaner may occur due to several reasons. Ensure the filter is correctly placed and the plastic packaging has been removed. Increase the fan speed. Ensure that there is at least 15 in / 38 cm of clearance on all sides of the air purifier. Clean the pre-filter, as it may be clogged with particles like hair or lint. Finally, consider replacing the filter.

  To enhance the air purification quality of your Levoit Air Cleaner, consider the following: Increase the fan speed. Ensure that nothing is blocking the air purifier's top or sides. Close doors and windows while the air purifier is running. Verify the filter is correctly installed without packaging. Clean the sensor cover. Replace the filter if needed. Note that the air purifier's effectiveness may be reduced in rooms larger than 463 ft² / 43 m².
