What to do if my Levoit Air Cleaner will not turn on?

  First, ensure the Levoit Air Cleaner is plugged in securely. Then, check the power cord for any damage; if damaged, discontinue use and contact Customer Support. Also, make sure the filter cover is securely closed to activate the safety switch. Try plugging the air purifier into a different outlet. If the issue persists, the air purifier may be malfunctioning, and you should contact Customer Support.

  Reduced airflow in your Levoit Air Cleaner can be resolved by ensuring the filters are removed from their packaging. You can also press the fan speed button to increase airflow. Make sure there is at least 38 cm / 15 in of clearance on all sides of the air purifier. If the problem continues, you may need to replace the filters.

  If your Levoit Air Cleaner is making unusual noises, first ensure that the filters are removed from their packaging and properly in place. If the noise continues, replace the filters. If the issue still persists, the air purifier may be damaged, or a foreign object may be inside. Stop using the air purifier and contact Customer Support, and do not attempt to repair it yourself.
