lide the developer roller contact onto
the end of the hopper.

Step 20
Rotate the hopper 180° and install the
developer roller drive gear onto the axle
of the roller. Place the “E”clip onto the axle
to hold the drive gear in place.

Install the idler gear onto the end of the
cartridge. (See Photo 23)

Place the doctor bar tension spring onto
the top of the doctor bar so the arrow is
facing a

y from the hopper. Place the

Install the cartridge drive gear onto the
end of the cartridge.

Install the keyed end of the

eveloper roller axle into the

oner hopper end plate and
lower the developer roller into
place.

Install the contact bushing onto
the developer roller axle. Rotate
the bushing clock-wise to lock
the bushing into place.
