Remove the two white tabs from the front of the doctor bar.
Remove the tension spring from the doctor bar using needlenose pliers.
Remove the cartridge drive gear from the end of the cartridge.
Remove the idler gear from the side of the cartridge.
Remove the 'E' clip that holds the developer roller drive gear.
Lift the locking clip and remove the drive gear from the developer roller axle.
Rotate the cartridge 180° and remove the developer roller contact.
Rotate the developer roller contact bushing counter-clockwise.
Slide the contact bushing off the developer roller axle.
Lift the developer roller out and slide its axle out of the end plate.
Clean the developer roller using a rotating drill and lint-free cloth with alcohol.
Slide the doctor bar down towards the opening and remove it.
Remove toner from the doctor bar and clean its contact edge.
Remove the cartridge warranty sticker from the side of the cartridge.
Remove hopper fill cap, clean hopper, avoid damaging sealing blade.
Install doctor bar over sealing blade and under positioning posts.
Install the keyed end of the developer roller axle into the toner hopper end plate.
Install contact bushing onto developer roller axle and rotate to lock.
Slide the developer roller contact onto the end of the hopper.
Install developer roller drive gear and secure with 'E' clip.
Install the idler gear onto the end of the cartridge.
Install the cartridge drive gear onto the end of the cartridge.
Place doctor bar tension spring and white tabs onto the doctor bar.
Fill the hopper with toner and install the fill plug.
Replace the chip found on the bottom of the cartridge.
Test the cartridge for proper functionality.
Remove the two screws holding the toner hopper locking mechanism.
Remove the toner hopper locking mechanism.
Remove the 'E' clip from the drum axle on the small gear side.
Slide the drum axle out of the waste hopper from the drive gear side.
Remove the drum unit. Clean if reusing, keeping it protected from light.
Grasp PCR contact saddles, lift PCR from hopper, and clean with lint-free cloth.
Remove the two screws holding the wiper blade.
Remove the wiper blade and clean the waste hopper and blade.
Apply padding powder to blade, install blade, and secure with screws.
Clean PCR saddles, place onto PCR ends, and return PCR to hopper.
Apply padding powder to drum, place drum in hopper with drive gear on left.
Slide the drum axle into the drum starting on the drive gear side.
Install the 'E' clip onto the small gear side of the drum axle.
Install locking mechanism and screws onto the waste hopper.
Test the waste hopper for proper operation.
