Cartridge maintenance
Cleaning the print cartridge nozzles
To improve print quality, you may need to clean the nozzles. You can use the operator panel
or the Settings Utility to clean the nozzles.
Using the operator panel: Using the computer:
1 Load paper in the All-In-One.
2 Press Setup.
3 Press Menu until Maintenance appears on
the display.
4 Press Options until Cartridge Clean
appears.
5 Press Start/Yes.
1 Load paper in the All-In-One.
2 Click Start
Programs Lexmark X125
Lexmark X125 Settings Utility.
3 Click print.
4 Click Properties.
5 From the Maintenance tab, select Clean
printheads.
