Menu A
Phone in Standby (idle) State
Result when switch is pressed:
Function Key1 – Speed dial memory switch.
Function Key2 – Speed dial memory switch.
Function Key3 – Speed dial memory switch.
Hook Key – Activates telephone display screens; operates in-
coming call options; activates voice recognition; places a call if
a speed dial switch is entered into the system.
Menu B
Phone in Calling State
Result when switch is pressed:
Function Key1– Incoming volume UP switch.
Function Key2– Incoming volume DOWN switch.
Function Key3– User’s voice MUTE switch.
Hook Key–Disconnects the call; deactivates the system.
Menu C
Phone in Ringing State
Result when switch is pressed:
Function Key1– Ringer volume increases.
Function Key2– Ringer volume decreases.
Function Key3– N/A
Hook Key–Answers an incoming call.
Menu D
Phone in Incoming Call Option State
Hook Key – Press to drop the original call. Press again to trans-
fer the newly received call into an active state.
Once the call is transferred, the command module mirrors menu
B.
