To control the PC power if the PC and the monitor
are synchronized.

00: Synchronized (When the monitor is off, the PC is
also turned off.)
01: Not synchronized (The monitor is off but the PC
is on.)
02: Maintain the power-on state of the PC. (When
you turn on the monitor while the Media Player is
turned off, the Media Player is turned on.)
** It may not be supported depending on the model.
