132 Section 2J: Using the Built-in Camera
Setting the Self-timer
1. From camera mode, press Options > Self Timer.
2. Highlight the length of delay you want the timer to use
(Off, 5 seconds, or 10 seconds) and press .
3. Press Start (left softkey) when you are ready to start the
timer. ( is displayed on the above right portion of
the main LCD during the Self-timer countdown.)
4. Get ready for the picture. (When the timer is down to
three seconds, the Self-timer icon will turn red and the
phone beeps during the entire countdown time.)
Note: While the Self-timer is active, all keys are disabled except Back,
End, and the right softkey (Cancel).
To cancel the Self-timer after it has started:
Press Cancel (right softkey).
Using the Zoom
This feature allows you to zoom in on an object when you
take a picture. Depending on your resolution settings, you
can adjust the zoom from 1 step to 15 step.
