To enter preset messages:
1. Select PresetMessages mode. (See "To change the
character input mode:" on page 40.)
2. Scroll to the desired preprogrammed message and
press .
Note: Preset messages make composing text messages even easier by
allowing you to enter preset messages, such as “Meet me at,”“Let's get
lunch,”or a customized message of your own. (For more information on
preset messages, please see “Managing Preset Messages”on page 62.)
To enter preset prefixes and suffixes:
1. Select Preset Suffixmode.(See "To change the
character input mode:" on page 40.)
2. Scroll to the desired prefix or suffix and press .
Entering TextWith the QWERTY® Keyboard
Your phone features a slide-out QWERTY® keyboard,
specifically designed for easy and comfortable text entry.
The QWERTY® keyboard uses the same layout and works just
like the keyboard on your computer. The easiest way to enter
text is by using your thumbs to type on the QWERTY®
keyboard.
