Several factors can cause cooling issues in your LG Refrigerator. First, ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into a working outlet with the correct voltage. Check your home's electrical box for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers, and reset any tripped GFCI outlets. Also, verify that the refrigerator control isn't set to OFF. The refrigerator may be in the defrost cycle, so wait about 30 minutes for it to complete. Finally, check if the OFF light is illuminated, indicating Demo Mode is activated, and if so, deactivate it by pressing the Temperature Adjust button until you set the desired temperature level.
