ADJUSTING THE CONSOLE HEIGHT
You can choose from four different heights for the console and tray.
1. Ensure the media tray is not in place and the Power switch is in the OFF
position.
2. Open the right and left latching levers.
3. Position yourself behind the console, facing the rear of the treadmill.
4. There are 4 height-adjustments on each upright post. To adjust the
console to a higher position, pull up on the console until you reach your
desired height. To adjust the console to a lower position, push down on
the console until you reach your desired height.
5. Close the latching levers to lock the console in place.
6. Ensure the console is locked securely in place by pushing down on it.

REMOVING THE MEDIA TRAY
1. Ensure the power is off and the running belt is stopped.
2. Find the red latch located under the media tray. Pull it towards the rear
of the treadmill to release the media tray from the handlebars.
3. Pull the media tray away from the console with one hand while pulling
the red latch open with the other hand.
4. When the tray is completely detached from the handlebars, let go of
the red latch.
