OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions before using the OmniFit Trimotion.
Keep this manual for reference.
USING THE CONTROL PANEL ON THE CONSOLE
1. Program Button: Toggle through the preset programs P01–P12.
2. Mode Button: Press to toggle through the three goal-defined training
modes: time goal, distance goal, and calorie goal.
3. Start/Stop Button: Press the button to start the running-belt
movement after a 3-second countdown. The Power switch must be in
the ON position for the OmniFit Trimotion to start. Press the button to
stop running-belt movement. All settings will be reset.
4. Console Display: Displays program choice, time, speed, distance, and
calories. During a manual or program workout, alternates showing the
time elapsed, distance run, calories burned, and speed. The parameter
displayed is indicated by the indicator LED below.
5. Indicator LEDs (4): Indicates the parameter currently being shown on
the console display.
6. Speed Shortcut Button: Quickly change the running belt speed
according to your selection. Select from three speeds: 2, 4, or 6 mi/hr.
7. Speed + Button: Use the button to increase the speed, in 0.1 mi/hr
increments, from 0.5 to 7.5 mi/hr. When a goal-defined mode has been
selected, use the button to increase a goal (time, distance, or calories
burned). Hold it down to increase the parameter quickly.
8. Speed - Button: Use the button to decrease the speed, in 0.1 mi/hr
increments, from 0.5 to 7.5 mi/hr. When a goal-defined mode has been
selected, use the button to decrease a goal (time, distance, or calories
burned). Hold it down to decrease the parameter quickly.

USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
Remove the small plastic tab from the battery compartment by pulling on it.
The first time you use the remote or change the batteries, the remote must
be paired with the OmniFit Trimotion. After the power has been switched
on, press and hold the Start button on the remote for 7 seconds. You will
hear a series of beeps indicating the pairing is complete.
For best results, point the remote control directly at the receiver on the
display panel from no more than 4 feet away.

NOTE: When the treadmill is stopped and no buttons are pressed for
5 minutes, the OmniFit Trimotion automatically enters sleep mode until any
button is pressed again.
