2. Grasp the back end of the treadmill with one hand and the locked
upright posts with the other. Lift the folded treadmill up toward your
chest at an angle so it rests on the two front transport wheels.
3. Move it slowly towards your storage location.
4. Stand the treadmill upright against the wall with the feet facing away
from the wall.
5. Insert the left and right lock pins in the holes next to the wheels to
prevent the treadmill from falling. Release your hands only when it is
stable.
6. Hang the media tray on the two middle shock-absorbing feet as shown.
